The hotel's location was prime and central to everything we did during our 4-day stay, allowing us to walk to the downtown area easily. The rooms, while clean, had a musty smell and were a bit humid even with the air conditioning on. The service was top-notch with very kind and friendly staff providing great suggestions for family fun in Eureka Springs. The dining experience was good and plentiful, though basic. However, the back for the reservations was not suitable, which was a downside. Overall, a great stay with a few minor issues.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was nice and comfy, although it could use a little makeover. Unfortunately, my early check-in request wasn't noted.
