The hotel's location was prime and central to everything we did during our 4-day stay, allowing us to walk to the downtown area easily. The rooms, while clean, had a musty smell and were a bit humid even with the air conditioning on. The service was top-notch with very kind and friendly staff providing great suggestions for family fun in Eureka Springs. The dining experience was good and plentiful, though basic. However, the back for the reservations was not suitable, which was a downside. Overall, a great stay with a few minor issues.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was nice and comfy, although it could use a little makeover. Unfortunately, my early check-in request wasn't noted. The service was top-notch, from the manager to the housekeepers, who were incredibly attentive to our needs throughout our stay. The location was fantastic for exploring the town, although I felt the hotel was overpriced considering the amenities and condition. The dining experience left me satisfied with delicious breakfast options, but I wished there were a few healthier choices available.
